How I Facilitate
I bring a non-hierarchical, process-led approach to facilitation, shaped by years of working across community, creative and organisational settings.
Mixed-ability groups welcomed and actively supported
Clear structure with room for participant-led discovery
Professional creative processes adapted for accessibility
Conversation embedded naturally through making
Strong attention to group dynamics, safety and access
Comfortable working in busy, informal or non-traditional settings

If you’re interested in workshops, collaborative projects or longer-term community engagement, please get in touch.
Creative Facilitator & Community Engagement Practitioner
I design and facilitate creative projects that bring people together through shared making, conversation and care for place. My work is rooted in environmental awareness and material-led processes, and I often work with people who don’t see themselves as “creative”.
I’m interested in what happens when confidence grows through doing rather than instruction. Much of my facilitation takes place outside traditional gallery or classroom settings – in pubs, on high streets, in community spaces and outdoors – where people can arrive as they are and take part at their own pace.
My approach is calm, practical and inclusive, balancing clear structure with space for participants to follow their curiosity.
